FAQs and Terms

1. Deposits and Payment

Christmas Day dining requires a 50% non-refundable deposit at booking, balance due by 5 December.

For private parties and corporate Christmas bookings, a 50% payment confirms your date, with the balance due four weeks before your event.

Events can run later than the standard finish time at £150 per hour, subject to availability.

2. Cancellation

For corporate and private Christmas parties:

More than 8 weeks before your event

Your booking payment is retained

4 – 8 weeks before your event

50% of the event value is payable

Less than 4 weeks before your event

The full event value is payable.

We’d recommend event cancellation insurance.

3. Dietary Requirements

Tell us about any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements when you book, against each guest’s name. We take great care with food, but can’t guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

4. Large Groups and Pre-orders

Booking for nine or more? We’ll ask for pre-orders ahead of your visit, to keep service flowing smoothly, with a set menu for larger tables.

5. Accessibility and Parking

Our Ground Floor Spaces are fully accessible. The upper floors are only accessible by stairs.

6. Festive Opening Hours

16th Nov – 23rd Dec: Open as normal: lunch and dinner, seven days a week

24th Dec (Christmas Eve): Open as usual

25th Dec (Christmas Day): Ticketed sitting, midday to 3pm, bar open until 5pm.

26th Dec (Boxing Day): Usual Sunday hours (football calendar permitting)

27th – 31st Dec: Open as normal: lunch and dinner

1st Jan (New Year’s Day): Usual Sunday hours (football calendar permitting)
